华南理工大学国际教育学院留学生宿舍是留学生在校期间学习、生活的重要场所，为加强对学生日常生活的管理和引导，把优质服务和严格管理结合起来，创造安全、文明、优雅的生活环境，特制定本规定。

第一章安全管理

　　

ChapterⅠ:RegulationsonSecurity

　　

　　

第一条学生宿舍的来访时间为9:00-21:00，来访人员需在规定来访时间内，凭本人有效证件履行登记手续后方可进行探访。探访完毕，宿舍管理人员应在登记本上注明离开时间。若因公务等特殊情况进入学生宿舍，经宿舍管理人员同意并履行登记手续后方可进入。

　　

Article1:Thevisitingtimeforthestudentdormitoryisfrom9:00amto21:00pm.Visitorsmustregisterwiththeirvalidcertificatesatthespecifiedvisitingtimebeforetheycanvisit.Afterthevisitiscompleted,thedormitorymanagershouldindicatethedeparturetimeontheregistrationbook.Ifyouenterthestudentdormitoryduetospecialcircumstancessuchasofficialduties,youcanenterthedormitorywiththeconsentofthedormitorymanagerandstarttheregistrationprocedures.

　　

第二条学生应增加宿舍安全意识，提高自我防范及自我管理能力。严禁携带易燃、易爆、剧毒、放射性等威胁人身财产安全物品或淫秽、反动物品进入学生宿舍；禁止在宿舍楼内存放、使用刀身长度超过120mm、宽度超过25mm的刀具或其他易伤及他人的危险物品；禁止在宿舍内储藏或者使用危险品及违章电器，乱拉乱接电线、网线，私装空调；禁止在宿舍内使用明火，烧煮、烹饪；严禁破坏宿舍供电设施，盗用公用电源。

　　

第三条学生应共同维护宿舍内的消防安全设施，禁止挪用、损坏消防器材、堵塞消防通道。人为造成消防安全设施损坏的，除赔偿损失外，还要按消防管理规定处以罚款。

　　

Article3:Studentsshouldjointlymaintainthefiresafetyfacilitiesinthedormitory,anditisforbiddentomisappropriateordamagefirefightingequipmentorblockfirefightingpassages.Incaseofman-madedamagetofiresafetyfacilities,inadditiontocompensatingfortheloss,afineshallbeimposedbythefirecontrolregulations.

　　

第四条学生宿舍出入口、走道、楼梯、天台门等公共区域必须保持畅通和空旷，不得停放车辆和堆放物品。宿舍管理人员须定期巡查，如发现异常情况要及时上报留学生管理办公室或保卫处。

　　

Article4:Publicareassuchasentrancesandexitsofstudentdormitories,walkways,stairs,rooftopdoors,etc.mustbekeptunobstructedandopen.Parkingvehiclesorpilinggoodsintheseareasisprohibited.Thedormitorymanagementpersonnelmustconductregularinspections,andreporttotheInternationalStudentAffairsOfficeorSecurityOfficeifanyabnormalitiesarefound.

　　

第五条宿舍管理人员因工作需要进入房间时学生应给予配合。若学生不在房间时，视乎当时情况的紧急程度，学院会安排相关的老师和宿舍工作人员一起进入房间进行相关工作。

　　

Article5:Studentsshouldcooperatewhendormitorymanagersentertheroomforwork.Ifthestudentisnotintheroom,dependingontheurgencyofthesituationatthetime,thecollegewillarrangeforrelevantteachersanddormitorystafftoentertheroomtogethertoperformrelatedwork.

　　

第二章住宿管理

　　

ChapterⅡ:RegulationsonLivingintheDormitory

　　

　　

第六条所有申请校内住宿的学生须按时交纳住宿费，由国际教育学院统一安排住宿；已安排校内住宿者，不得私自在校外租房住宿。

　　

Article6:Allstudentswhoapplyforon-campusaccommodationmustpaytheaccommodationfeeontime,andtheSchoolofInternationalEducationwilluniformlyarrangeaccommodation;thosewhohavealreadyarrangedon-campusaccommodationarenotallowedtorentaccommodationoutsidethecampus.

　　

第七条学历生须交满一年的住宿费；非学历生根据学习时间，交一年或半年的住宿费。未按时缴费的学生将不再提供住宿。

　　

Article7:Degreestudentsmustpayoneyear'saccommodationfee;non-degreestudentssuchaslanguagestudentsandFoundationstudentsmustpayoneyearorhalfyear'saccommodationfeeaccordingtothelengthofstudy.Studentswhofailtopayontimewillnolongerprovideaccommodation.

　　

第八条原则上，以下类型的学生，学院将不提供校内住宿。
